   The Weekly Holiday Camp combines High Performance Tennis Training, which includes
technical exercises, tactical strategy and competition, with specifis physical training and
mental training.

Duration:

  Spring Break, Winter Break and fall Break

Ratio :
  2 players/1 court

Age :
  from 8 to 12 and 13 to 23

Tennis Program :
22h tennis/week

Physical Training :
5-10h/week

Mental Training :
on court:daily   group session:0-5h/week
